I had only a three-day workweek after my Vegas adventure, and I made the most of it. I completed a Q&A with a woman who grew up in Fairfield, Iowa, where a community dedicated to transcendental meditation was based. She’s been meditating since age three, and now she’s teaching her own daughter. I also wrote about a forthcoming study that explores the intersection of science and religion — I can’t wait to share that one next week.
Enjoy your weekend! And wish me luck in my company’s 5K on Monday.
