I was running low on energy this week, so I refueled with some quirky articles and news roundups. I was inspired by events like the National Day of Prayer and Holocaust Remembrance Day, as well as a great blog about why pastors often leave their offices to go serve in the world.
My favorite writing adventure involved emailing insightful folks I’ve worked with in the past and asking them to tell me their favorite prayer stories. The whole project was completed in less than 24 hours, but it was as meaningful as articles that take me three weeks.
Next week, I hope my calendar will be filled once again with interviews. But I enjoyed having extra time to read and think!
